Successful candidates would report to the General Manager and be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the strategic capacity building programmes of the company and day-to-day operations and management at the Zonal Offices and the Head Office. |

Academic requirements: PhD in Human Resource Management & all related fields. General requirements: Good University first degree and professional qualification in addition to the higher degrees specified, Computer literacy, 12-17 years post NYSC experience in related field, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills combined with integrity and commitment to excel. Age: 35-40 years. |

Remuneration: N4.8-N7.80m total emolument per annum with additional stock offers, performance bonuses and prospects for any performing Executive rising to higher responsibilities within the company. |
