HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE

 
Select your user category and click on the box to expand or contract the information.
 

APPLICANTS

 
How to use the website by Applicants: Click here to expand and contract.
 
Step 1: Click on registration under the JOB SEEKERS menu to submit basic information for registration.
 
i. Provide the Names, email address and GSM mobile number for registration.
ii. Please use GSM number (080--------) only. Do not use landline or CDMA number.
iii. The Name should be in upper case (capital letters) and not lower case.
iv. The E-mail should be in small case (small letters) and not upper case.
v. SMS and email alerts are sent to the applicant confirming the username and the password.
vi. If no password is received, the registration was not successful and you should try again.
 
Step 2: Make payment online or into any of the Bank accounts, get back to the website to send notification and wait for activation for 365 days access on the site.
 
i. Click on Payment details on any page to access the banking information to make payment.
ii. Ensure that the depositor’s Name tallies with the Name registered on the website.
iii. Click on Send Payment Notification on the Home Page to access the notification form.
iv. Fill the notification form and submit. Make only one submission and wait for activation.
v. Activation depends on the time payment confirmation is received from the Bank.
vi. Activation uses the SMS alert to notify the applicant and grants 365 days access to log in.
 
Step 3: Log into your account and profile the resume, attempt the quiz and begin operating the account.
 
i. You need to fill the initial form for website usage.
ii. You need to upload your PASSPORT photograph to submit the resume. Not any kind of picture.
iii. Provide correct information on the resume and not falsehood.
iv. Proceed to write the quiz without being assisted after profiling the resume.
 
Step 4: Select vacancies of interest and click on APPLY button to submit your applications.
 
i. Ensure that the resume and the quiz score are properly captured before making applications.
ii. Do not be in a hurry to make several applications at once. Make applications at different times.
iii. The notification that displays after clicking on the APPLY button should be taken as the acknowledgement of the application.
iv. Wait for the employer to decide on the next line of action, most probably the interview.
v. Persons scheduled for interviews will be contacted through the website resources.
 
Step 5: Periodically log into your account to carry out any of the following transactions:
 
a. Click on update your resume link to enable you to modify the resume already submitted on the website.
b. Click on view current vacancies to view all the vacancies currently running on the site.
i. Select and APPLY for any desired job.
ii. Wait for Vacancy advertisers’ responses or invitation for interviews.
c. Click on retake quiz evaluation to reattempt the quiz for better score on the site. Remember to make payment before sending the request.
d. Click on your interviews to view the details of all the scheduled interviews from different employers.
e. Click on your appointments to view details of appointments.
f. Click on change password to change and personalize your password on the website.

 
EMPLOYERS
 
How to use the website by Employers: Click here to expand and contract.
 
Step 1: Click on registration under the EMPLOYERS menu to submit basic information for registration.
 
i. Provide the Names, email address and GSM mobile number for registration.
ii. Please use GSM number (080--------) only. Do not use landline or CDMA number.
iii. The Name should be in upper case (capital letters) and not lower case.
iv. The E-mail should be in small case (small letters) and not upper case.
v. SMS and email alerts are sent to the employer confirming the username and the password.
vi. If no password is received, the registration was not successful and you should try again.
 
Step 2: Profile your details on the website, submit the form and start operating the account.
 
Step 3: Log into your account to carry out any of the following transactions:
 
a. Click on Place new advert to create and post new vacancy advertisement on the website.
i. The AUTO RESPONSE on the website lets you know the number of active applicants that meet the vacancy requirements immediately the vacancy advertisement is submitted.
ii. Use the link Click here to make payment to access the online or banking information to make the necessary subscription payment.
iii. Use the link Click here to send payment notification to secure access for the advert to run on the website.
b. Click on Manage your adverts to view, edit and act on the responses from the applicants.
i. Click on the Job headlines to edit only the editable contents of a running vacancy advert.
ii. Click under Manage to view the auto and self posted responses to the vacancy advertisement.
iii. Click on resume to view the applicant’s resume.
iv. Click on interview to invite the applicant for a scheduled interview. This action affects the recruitment statistics on homepage meter.
v. Click on appointment to announce the appointment to the applicant. This action affects the recruitment statistics on homepage meter. Employers are advised to use the appointment button only after the applicant has accepted the offer of appointment.
c. Click on Change password to change and personalize the employer account on the website.
d. Click on the Request quiz Preview link to secure access to review the quiz evaluation content.
e. Click on Guarantor Form to download and print the Guarantor Form.
f. Click on Sign Out to exit the employer account.
 
ADVERTISERS
 
How to use the website by Advertisers: Click here to expand and contract.
 
Step 1: Click on registration under the ADVERTISERS menu to submit basic information for registration.
 
i. Provide the Names, email address and GSM mobile number for registration.
ii. Please use GSM number (080--------) only. Do not use landline or CDMA number.
iii. The Name should be in upper case (capital letters) and not lower case.
iv. The E-mail should be in small case (small letters) and not upper case.
v. SMS and email alerts are sent to the advertisers confirming the username and the password.
vi. If no password is received, the registration was not successful and you should try again.
 
Step 2: Profile your details on the website, submit the form and start operating the account.
i. Provide correct Name and address of the Principal contact person and the Company.
ii. Provide correct GSM Telephone number and nature of business of the Company.
 
Step 3: Log into your account to carry out any of the following transactions:
 
a. Click on Prepare New Advert to place a new product or services advertisement.
i. Select the advertisement type among top, side or home page banner advert.
ii. Prepare the image of the advertisement. Seek professional opinion for best result.
iii. Make the appropriate payment either online or into Bank.
iv. Click on Create Ad to place the advertisement.
v. Browse the computer to upload the prepared advertisement image.
vi. Select the Duration of the advertisement on the website.
vii. Select the mode of payment, either online or Bank payment.
viii. Submit the Form.
ix. The advert will start to run immediately the approval from the web administrator is obtained.
x. SMS alert will notify the Advertiser once advert starts to run on the site.
b. Click on View Your Advert to monitor the advertisement on the website.
c. Click on Change Password to customize the advertiser’s account on the website.
d. Click on Sign Out to exit the advertiser account.
 
EDUCATION

HOW TO SUBMIT TESTIMONIALS

i. Click on testimonials in the care centre section of the homepage.
ii. Click on share a testimony in the displayed page.
iii. Fill the form that is displayed, indicating the full name, GSM Number, email and the testimony.
iv. Upload your passport and send.
