The capacity building training programme shall be moderated by this company. The beneficiaries shall be exposed to informal trainings to challenge and fire their potentials. Importantly, the beneficiaries would be expected to subscribe to online tutorial materials relevant to their course of study and attempt monthly assessment at designated centres across the Country. The average scores of all the beneficiaries shall be ranked and used to rate them after graduation and at the point of employment in any of our companies. Prospective applicants for this programme should be highly resourceful Nigerian undergraduates in any Nigerian University or Polytechnic irrespective of the course and year of study and should be computer literate. This programme is open to male and female Nigerians with impeccable character in their first year through the final year of study. It is expected that final year students would participate for one year while first year students would be expected to participate for a minimum of four years in this scheme to be considered for any of the benefits outlined below.
