Graduate Employment Scheme

This scheme is designed to address issues of low capacity in the graduates being presently churned out by the Nigerian Universities and polytechnics. The training component of this company is set to assist persons who desire to update their internal capacity in any form to take advantage of any of the training modules. To this effect, the graduate employment scheme will concentrate on the undergraduates in the Universities and the Polytechnics, who wish to be relevant in the knowledge driven competitive business environment. The import is to create and enhance capacities in the beneficiaries and position them for the future tasks and challenges in a dynamic workplace. The scheme is designed to assist undergraduates discover and maximise their potentials while still in school through a guided process.

The capacity building training programme shall be moderated by this company. The beneficiaries shall be exposed to informal trainings to challenge and fire their potentials. Importantly, the beneficiaries would be expected to subscribe to online tutorial materials relevant to their course of study and attempt monthly assessment at designated centres across the Country. The average scores of all the beneficiaries shall be ranked and used to rate them after graduation and at the point of employment in any of our companies. It is our strong conviction that so many other companies would buy and use this scheme to satisfy their recruitment purposes. However, all the beneficiaries would be expected to fulfill the job application requirements specified on this website.

Prospective applicants for this programme should be highly resourceful Nigerian undergraduates in any Nigerian University or Polytechnic irrespective of the course and year of study and should be computer literate. This programme is open to male and female Nigerians with impeccable character in their first year through the final year of study. It is expected that final year students would participate for one year while first year students would be expected to participate for a minimum of four years in this scheme to be considered for any of the benefits outlined below.
