The participants and beneficiaries of this e-education programme would be the primary and secondary school students in the public and private schools across the length and breadth of Nigeria in the first instance. This programme will ultimately be expanded to accommodate the global audience in the next few years when the facility would have been fully developed. The registration of the participants will capture primaries 1-6 students, JSS1-3 students and SSS1-3 students. Once the programme starts to run, all the primary 1 students through SSS 3 students will be eligible to register.

However, the first set of admissions and scholarships will take effect two years after the commencement of this programme. This implies that a student has to participate for a minimum of two years during the first five years of this programme to be eligible for the admission and full scholarship scheme. Thereafter, a student has to participate for a minimum of five years to be eligible for consideration for admission and full scholarship. Above all, the admission and scholarship shall be tenable in the facility developed by this company and not any other University.
