Education account creation: All the persons that desire to take part in the e-education programme would be expected to register on the website. The registration process involves the creation of an EDUCATION ACCOUNT, which shall not attract any fees or charges. However, the creation of the account does not grant the account owner any access to the subscription based online education resources and facilities on the website.

Education Account activation: The e-education account has to be activated to access the online education resource materials by paying the prescribed fee to any of the designated Banks or on-line using the ATM card. After the payment, the account holder should complete the account activation process. The account activation qualifies a primary school or secondary school account holder to access the on-line education materials for two months without paying any subscription. The activities of the education department shall be posted on the website notice board from time to time.

COMMENCEMENT OF THE SCHEME

All the eligible persons interested in the e-education scheme can commence registration on the website the moment it is hosted and made available for public use. However, an official commencement date and other programmes will be announced on the website.
